The belief that working with individuals and families is one of the most gratifying experiences of their professional lives
Family Law Procedure
Thrush Law Group treats every family law case with the caring, personal attention that a family deserves. Family law is a dynamic area that deals with divorce, custody, business and property division issues amidst a family. We have handled thousands of family law, divorce and custody cases in Arizona. Most divorces are unfortunate. We understand that issues that arise during a divorce can be traumatic, exasperating and time consuming. The family’s concerns — particularly in child custody and visitation areas — are a primary focus of the litigation.

Although originally from the East Coast, I prefer the desert climate and lifestyle and have resided happily in Tucson for the past eighteen years with my husband and son (I’ve only resided with him for the last eight years because he’s only eight years old). I believe that in family law, no two clients and no two cases are the same so all representation must be carefully tailored to meet the goals and needs of each individual client with either preventive measures or litigation whichever achieves the client’s goals. Never shy about voicing my opinion, whether solicited or not, I have been playfully referred to as a wallflower due to my ability to “speak” in terms that would make a longshoreman blush.
Family law cases are seldom happy affairs. Expect some emotional pain regardless of the feelings you have at present. My goal in every case is to obtain a result that serves the client. Knowing that, every client needs to evaluate what they want and what they can reasonably expect from the court system. That’s where an experienced attorney really makes the difference. There really is a reason you’ll hear attorneys referred to a “counselor.” Part of obtaining the desired result is keeping the client fully informed of both what is happening in the case and what can be reasonably expected. I do that in every case.
